Yea I custom modded a basic bomber jacket. Link here.
The arm 'pucks', wiring and collar are all made of EVA foam, with inlayed EL panel in the collar for the LED inside. You can't quite make out in the image but there is an Arasaka logo on the left hand side which is a custom printed iron on transfer from here.
All in, it only cost me around 80 quid to make because I already had all the foam and paints I needed. (The bulk of that cost was the EL panel which was like ยฃ60 alone Link here)
