Amazon has a set of Tritiums for Kimber 1911s, and I have no idea if they'll fit a KJW 1911: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000YGPM26/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_55waCbSWMV55N
As for the base gun, I chose a KJW because they're TM compatible and are a pretty decent company. The full metal setup helps too, and since I was going to use CO2 mags, I dont have to worry about the gas efficiency issues of single stack green gas mags.
Now I just have to source the parts I need. The hardest part is the silver lower lol. Thank you for the info, I appreciate it and I hope I can show off my build in some time lol
