Or OP could but a 3 dollar uncle mikes sling stud from amazon and do it themselves for zero cost and hassle - it's really simple, I did it myself on a synthetic stocked 10/22 in about 10 minutes.

These studs worked great for my 10/22. No problems drilling into my wood stock.
If you've got sling mounts on your stock, you can get everything else you need from the Appleseed store -
Sling, Swivel set, Tech Sights and Adjustment tool.
I also had to install the swivel mount screw in my stock.
The swivel is mounted on a stud in the stock. I bought these and installed them.
