Regarding Bluetooth, do you mind aftermarket? It doesnt change the look of anything and you just plug something into the back of the stereo and you get Bluetooth/Aux etc. with the steering controls and track names on the dash display.
I've got an 07 with JBL synthesis.
While the units are different, they share the common trait of not streaming Bluetooth media other than phone calls AFAIK.
I added [this doohickey](USA SPEC BT45-TOY Bluetooth Phone, Music & AUX Input Kit for Select 1998-2014 Toyota & Lexus Models https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0178G5RRE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_FqS8AbAXWVB5Q) about 2 days after buying my vehicle in Dec 2016 and I've loved every minute of using my Bluetooth streaming.
If you want to retain the factory radio this is a very good option

It replaces the SAT mode on your stereo and autoplays audio when you connect.
If you just really want to keep your factory radio and you have the right year model this is a decent option.
will give you BT and aux.
One of these will get you a good sounding aux line

Some companies make plug and play adapters for aux-in/Bluetooth. This is a Bluetooth one I'd like to get for my Land Cruiser.
You'll typically just need to take apart your dash to get to the wire harness that plugs in to your head unit. This is by far the easiest way, but even the cheapest plug and play adapters I've seen are $50-60.
