It does require some technical knowledge because you have to take apart the center console but well worth the $20. I did it 5 years ago in an afternoon

There is not an Aux port in the car, but there is an open slot on the underside of the radio that you can install an Aux cord or Bluetooth adapter in. The adapters can be bought for relatively cheap depending on options. I had one that was Bluetooth, Aux, and USB but just Aux would’ve worked just fine.

Once the adapter is installed, you can click that CD/Aux button and it’ll allow you to access the alternate input. Mine used to say “CD-C” when I would use the adapter input.

These adapters can be found all over. Just search on Google for a 2004-2005 Acura TSX/Honda Accord Euro aux adapter and you’ll find plenty of options.

Here is a video that is a guide for installing it, they also show a brand here but I know that brand is really expensive. Amazon has great options for way cheaper.

Here is an example of one from Amazon for $22 USD. It includes an Aux and USB input. They’re compatible with numerous Honda’s, so you’ll find plenty of options.

Not that this is the best option, just an example that also happens to show a picture of the connection on the bottom of the factory stereo as well.

Aftermarket stereos are fairly simple to install yourself too if you want to go that route and need more guidance.
