For an easy snack, Motts has some no sugar added applesauces. They come single serve, have a few flavor options, don't need to be refrigerated (although I think they taste better refrigerated), AND are 0 points :)

I also stock up on small single serve items around Halloween (when it's easier to find them in sotres).
