You need one of these. I'm in pain just looking at your mouse on that filthy surface.
You could go to a craft store and get you something like a sheet of felt and cut it to the size of your desk and use a staple gun to attach it. While not the best for a mouse, it is still better for your arms and skin. As for a mouse pad, I got this one off Amazon, but it is no longer on sale. This one looks to be a decent price for a similar quality.

Now you could go with a 2060 Super instead of a 1660 Ti, but it's a fair bit more, and the 1660 Ti should be enough for what you want to use it for.
