Had the same problem, tried two mice:

The first one has a crappy sensor/is wireless/annoying standby mode, unusable in my experieince. The second one looks goofy, but otherwise no complaints. They're both very silent for the left and right clicks, but all the other switches are of regular loudness. Still, this completely resolved the noise complaints from my SO since I mostly use those two buttons for POE. I only had it for a month or so, so can't comment on its build quality, although it looks a little shoddy... longer term I might learn soldering and transplant the silent switches into some higher quality mice.
