The ratchet is made in Taiwan and mechanically excellent, but the ergonomics was specified by Germans, and it shows. I like it but its my least favorite bit ratchet to use. I don't have the Wera ratchet but it looks like the same applies.
The Chapman is more suited as a prop for Fonzie in the Happy Days sitcom. Proprietary bits and an outdated design.
