They're a YMDK set, I got them from Amazon.

Ah! This got more attention than I was expecting! A little background:

TADA68 and OEM blue aluminum case - purchased from KBDfans.cn

-Gateron Brown switches (RGB type with room for LEDs)

-1.8mm white LEDs

-Cheap YMDK keycaps from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079GZQFY6/) these feel pretty good, not gonna lie. Couldn't QUITE spring for GMKs

-GMK 6.25u spacebar bought from r/mechmarket, no idea what set it's from

-Custom mini USB cable made by me using parts from ZAP! Cables (https://zapcables.com/) These guys aren't the cheapest, but cuts down on waste as you don't have to buy 1,000 of them. They are also based in the US unlike most of these retailers

-Artisan that I won from a u/KeyLabs giveaway! It's their Voodoo in the 'reaper' colorway and looks awesome!

I got a LOT of help from the community including u/brok3nlights, u/Surpex, and u/ipee9932cd for their help and support. Huge thanks to everyone who helped me out along the way! :-D

Thanks!,

Keycaps are a mix of YMDK Gray Beiges, the extra keycaps that come with the Anne Pro (lower right colored keys) and the default caps for HJKL

Heyo! I'm a buyer from Italy, mainly looking for opinions on the combo i've chosen.
I got a 100€ Amazon Gift Card recently, looking to buy a new keyboard on Amazon (IT).

I'm kinda settled on buying a Drevo Tyrfing v2 TKL (ISO-IT layout), and i've seen some of you guys using it. I've chosen Red Outemu switches mainly because i like linear switches, and my first (and current keyboard) has black Cherry MX switches, which are damn heavy.
The main characteristics i am interested in are TKL, ISO, hotswappable, good design and build quality.

The keycaps i've been looking into are these YMDK ISO in gray/beige/red to fit the theme/colours of my desk, pc, and accessories: mainly black, red/orange and light oak wood.

I wanted to know your opinions on the combo, or just on the board / keycaps. Yes i'm aware it is a "cheap" keyboard and keycap set, and that i am below budget with this combo. Also, current keyboard is a Meka G1 from TT Esports with black switches.

Anybody have/had the Drevo Excalibur 87key and have switched out the key caps? I thought these ones would work as people buy them together, but someone said they won't fit 100%. Or perhaps the person asked about a different model eg. Calibur vs. Excalibur.

Anyway my concern is that the default keycaps are small to me target wise, I'm not sure if it's a thing where the keys don't taper as much so there is a wider surface area and also less of the top curvature. I think the default keycaps have the cylinder type where as some have the spherical, maybe that would be helpful.

I'm not sure though, I could understand why it's tapered so much so the keys have more distinct separation

I'm sorry to ask such a basic question, but I've done a little research and I'm still confused: will these YMDK keycaps fit my brand new Anne Pro 2?

Thanks for taking the time to indulge an MK newb.

Yup bingo! From amazon. Not bad for $24 but I can feel the print of the letters on top of them.

The tada68 or sabre68 are a great place to start. I had the same keyboard you did when I moved to the sabre with the mod-m tactile switches (I prefer tactile over linear myself). I still use this keyboard as my daily driver at work. I will likely replace it with a 65% form factor with swappable switches when I can get my hands on one, but wouldn't be surprised if the mod-m switches continue to find a place on it. Wanting to try holy pandas at some point.

For a nice looking set of retro keycaps that are pbt, I've stuck with these that are only $24.

That combo sticks pretty close to your budget.

Careful though XDA is not for everyone. The uniform profile feels very different.

I used these for my first build and loved them for the price. YMDK 96 84 ANSI ISO Keyset OEM... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079GZQFY6?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
