I never asked you to keep it to yourself. I think sharing treatments is very valuable. All I was asking was to share more information about the treatment, where to find others using it, what risks to watch out for, etc. I had assumed you would have much more research on this than myself, and thought it would be valuable to patients.
I did some quick research myself:
There seems to be a guy who wrote a book on it and people reported success:
https://smile.amazon.com/Salt-Plus-Protocol-Lyme-Infection/dp/1463575483/
That same guy seems to have a website which links to a yahoo groups page with thousands of people in it.
I found this printout that has more details on a potential treatment and it makes an attempt to explain why it works, and what risks you have to watch out for:
https://www.connersclinic.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Beating-Lyme-Section-4-PDF.pdf
But since I have never done it and only spent 5 minutes researching it, I have no idea which source is good, or if there are better places to learn more about it. I thought you may know more and that it would be valuable to share.
Lyme patients see so many different claims of cures it's hard to process. So in order for people to choose treatment plan over another it's very valuable to patients to show them information about a proposed treatment.
Here and here are two books written by M.D.'s that support the health benefits of Vitamin D. If you need more references, I suggest searching for scientific reviews of Vitamin D literature (that is, if you have access to scientific journals). There's a mountain of evidence to support the immune modulating properties of Vitamin D. You're right to suggest that a single news article (with a somewhat sensationalist title) referencing a single scientific paper is weak ground to stand upon; it was literally the first result of a google search.

Drinking urine is reportedly good for you. I've been curious about how one deals with piss all over the place once the fun is over. It seems restrictive to only do it in the shower. How does one deal with that?
The Golden Fountain.
The Human Vitamin Drink.
The Original Vaccine.
The Watery Battery.
The Mellow Yellow.
I'm on day four of my first so can't help with tips on a 30 day. But here are some good links I've found:
The health benefits of water fasting
Fasting Center
Tanglewood
Videos:
Loren Lockman Videos
Books (I've not read them but I ordered them based on the reviews):
Fuhrman Book on fasting
Eat to Live
Detox
Based on what I've read and my experience at day 4 I'm sold on fasting for life.

Different things work for different people - this book was pretty spot on when I first read it (at 21) and I picked it up again when my skin completely changed in my early 30s after having a baby. I think it's about knowing what works for you.
Check out a book called Sick & Tired, lots of interesting info and recipes. Helped me get in shape..
