For the pathway lights you could get solar lights and not have to worry about running power.
Flashlights is a great idea. Or bug spray. Maybe you can provide a packing list?
I think beer bottles might be easier if you have multiple drinking locations. It also offers a little more variety (esp. if you have craft beer snobs).
And I LOVE the dueling pianos idea. I didn't know you could get those folks to come onsite! Do they bring their own pianos?

We camp quite a bit in the cold. With it raining you are trapped inside. Puzzles and games. Use movies as rewards.
