This cake pop stand is what I would love to get. I have grand baking dreams as of late.

We just went on a big shopping trip this afternoon. We are going to attempt to fly our 4x6 foot flag with 3, 5 feet sections of 1 and a quarter inch PVC pipe, some connectors, a bucket, and 50 pounds of quick crete (about $20 total). We have one of the pipes cut into a point just in case we need to mallet it into the ground. Our list, and other distracting items. We also have duct tape just in case.

I also just bought a two plug car AC converter. I bought these recently. Excellent source of fiber and protein. And 600 glowstick bracelets.

We have acquired most everything we need. We will end up buying around 8-9 24 packs of water in addition to a dozen or so gallons and some other easy access water. We have a 15 passenger van with back seats taken out (no storage concerns), and its our first time going, but we figure people will be needing water come Sunday.

Alright. I would suggest that if you have a smart phone, you film on that. Iphones and Andriods particularly have fairly decent cameras on them. As for computers-PC, you have windows movie maker built in. MAC, you should have Imovie. These will be your editing platforms. If you don't have a smart phone, A cheap video camera will do. A mini tripod will make your life loads easier. It will make it so all your footage does not shake. However, you can make a cheap monopod to fit anything. String, and a metal washer or something else circular and slightly heavy will do. You can find out how to make it here Skip to about 2:45 to see how to do it.

A dry erase board works as a great teleprompter-reminder, guide, silent directions, etc. (It also works pretty well as a bounce, but I am 100% you won't be doing that, haha. But hey if you ever get more into movie making, anything white makes a good bounce!) That's really it (be careful of your audio. You could potentially get a cheap mic that'll pic up noise better, but you should be alright if you're just careful about it!) you should be good to go with all of that.

I think you may like this! It is totally cute :) about me...I am a full time student finishing up my prereqs for Nuclear Medicine. I am a part time manager at Build A Bear. I live with my grandma, help care for my mom and sister, and havebeen with my boyfriend almost 3 years now. I love writing letters and have a few penpals! I love my four legged baby, even though he thinks he is a wild lion! I am just pretty laid back and chill :)

As for the blossoms maybe try layering different blossom motifs?

If you're trying to save money DIY is going to be your best friend. You could string and hang cherry blossoms from the ceilings around doors and sprinkle petals on table tops 1. 2.

How about a mother daughter origami DIY project? Put these blossom branches in japanese vases on table tops? 1 2.

These are pretty inexpensive so maybe splurge a little and do a geisha lounge in the corner with borrowed coffee tables set up with table cloths and floor pillows serving japanese tea. These. would look really good to enclose it a little bit or as a backdrop to the cake or even an as a photoshoot area with ans. These are cute.
And above the lounge you could pick up cheap sheer fabric and tuck some twinkle lights above.

Never taught or went through RCIA but it sounds like you've got a good start. Amazon has bulk plastic rosaries as cheap as $40/100 rosaries, in a variety of colors. They even come in glow-in-the-dark!

If you're interested in (/can get Father to pay for) more theology/catechesis training, being in the DC area you have access to Christendom Graduate School. Their online programs are great and very true to the teachings of the Magisterium, have to imagine face to face would be even better.

Oh wow haha that's a big bouquet you're making. The girl in the blog didn't use a collar but if you go to Hobby Lobby or Michaels (maybe Joanne's) try looking at their selection, see what you like, and just start sticking dowels in there that will fill nicely. (Keep in mind if you plan to cover them with ribbon/fabric to think about whether you're going to need a smaller dowel so that it'll still fit inside the collar's opening). I would personally just find a broom or something and chop the end off :P But I'm cheap like that.

The main thing is to make sure to get a collar big enough to handle the foam ball which will handle the flowers. Think about weight and what not.
So let's see....if you're planning to use a 8" I would get one of these: 8" tulle(6 pack) or 9" lace(this one looks perfect but lace is a preference)

200-300 samples would be in the thousands I am sure. Folding yourself based on a template or DIY is doable but now the folds won't be as crisp or accurate as if a machine did it. Next thing you know you're up all night folding 300 of these things. If you want fine french champagne but only have enough for cheap beer you might have to scrap the idea. Unfortunately foldables like the one you want to do are rare because they're expensive and hard to do, otherwise, they'd be everywhere. I think there are packs of boxes you can buy in packs of maybe 15-30, print a label and place it on the boxes. Amazon has a ton of options, and craft stores near you may have some as well. There will be a little bit of assembly, but it may be more along the lines of what you're looking for...

Edit: I clicked through a bit and there are some pretty nice mini boxes around Amazon you might be interested in!

One thing I should've mentioned... run this idea past your sister/MOH first, in case she's doing something already similar to this. Just say something like "I want to make a little something for everybody as a Thank You, what do you think of ____?"

And since your sister would "know" what your idea is for the rest of the girls, and because she is planning this, get her something extra or different as a Thank You :) Maybe like a necklace, fav perfume, wristlet, gift card to her fav store, OR an extra large bottle of wine haha. Besides the alcohol, Amazon (Prime, if you have) is awesome in terms of your timeline right now.

I like dumb edible things or toiletries - gratuitously bacon things like bacon-scented body wash (or worse, toothpaste!), dick-shaped candies (with names like "Marshmallow Willies" how can you go wrong?), that kind of thing. It's funny and dumb but it's also consumable so your friend isn't suddenly saddled with this OBJECT they didn't ask for and now have to carry around forever or throw away. Plus you get the potential fun group experience of them then opening up the thing and sharing it around, so everyone gets to join in on the fun. :P

Novelty ice trays are fun, too - you can get all kinds of cute/immature/funny shapes and everyone always needs an extra ice cube tray.

Edit: Oh, and novelty booze! There are a lot of bizarre vodka flavors out there. Bubblegum?

not prime, but already pretty cheap at around $10. toss it in your backpack and use it as a guide when directing friends to your location (blue lightsaber, stage right gobi). get a bunch for your friends and have battles after the sun sets. be wary though, security forced me to toss mine citing it as a weapon (friend in other line got through just fine).

They're inexpensive, packaged separately so you can just leave them out without prep, has the crayons for coloring but the books also have other activities. You could also go to the dollar store and get a few bubbles (as long as you're ok that it could get messy if they tip it over), maybe a few puzzles or some play doh?

I was concerned the kids (around your count) we had at the wedding would be running around all over the place but they were actually super well behaved! We just sat them with their parents.

Will adults be supervising the kids at the kids table? That would be my concern as they tend to run amok if no one is set to watch over them.

Suit: Cosplaysky Medium. Jacket (Under the vest thing) was short. Didn't tuck into the pants well. I rolled it up and put it under the vest. Under shirt was too small and hood too big so I used a scuba hood. Belt was too large as well, had my mom sew it to make it shorter. I'm 5'7, 40" chest, 32" waist for reference.

Helmet: Xcoser (Paid $30 for it on eBay. Came with a flaw so ended up with 2!). Painted it Rustoleum wine and black. I liked the black face so kept it. 2 coats of flat clear coat. Lenses are made from a soda bottle and car tints then I glued them in.

Chain and gun were from Amazon.

Kept the boots and gloves from my black suit Daredevil from last year.

Happy how this turned out. Won second place in a cosplay contest!

Obligatory Dance

My friend did her wedding on a Louisiana lake in June and had her guests under oak trees. She had these just in case it would be hot. Luckily the lake had a nice breeze and it wasn't too sunny. Having your guests sit under the oaks would probably help, especially if you had some fans (handheld or electric), but it would be important to know what time of day the wedding would be. If it's high noon, definitely wouldn't be okay. If it's later in the afternoon when it usually starts cooling down, then I think 20-30 minutes would be manageable. I grew up in that area and while Louisiana is stupid hot, the afternoons in the summer are usually very nice. I would also have a contingency plan just in case it's too hot and you could move it indoors for the ceremony. I looked into Nottoway for a minute, and I'm pretty sure they had an indoor option!

LOL. Oh boy. Well, it's not. Just a walking penis. With feet. Duck feet, even. I'm pretty sure it's the best thing ever.

Oh, and you could probably use this and this, and be queen of the willies. You've got the crown and wand covered. Need a throne of willies.

If your wedding dress code is on the dressier side, I think it would be considerate to send an email/text etc. letting them know to dress for the heat and not worry too much about the dress code.
