The first thing is a play station game that is just under 5 dollars. After looking at your interests, it seems like you really like games.
The second thing is a play station power cord. I picked this because if you have a play station, it is always nice to have an extra cord!!

Can I be a little bit old school and request a PS2 game? I'd love Digital Devil Saga and Digital Devil Saga 2. My favorite game is Persona 3.

I wish Sorcery Saga: Curse of the Great Curry God was a couple of quid less. It's just over 39 of your US dollars. Boo! It's my most wanted game on my list by far, just for that title. I don't even care if it's terrible. THAT TITLE.
My favorite game is... Bioshock. However, the game I really want is .hack//infection. I've always loved the anime and I never got a chance to play through the games. I'd love to pick up where the anime left off.
Best turn-based JRPGs for the PS2 - Shadow Hearts and Shadow Hearts: Covenant
Its been years since I first played either of them... but the story was excellent enough to stay with me. While both are pretty scary games, both of them are pretty funny at the same time. Seriously, I can't praise this series enough. Its a shame they had to live in the shadow of FFX.
As someone who beat it 3 times over on both the PS2 and the Wii, the Wii version is a lot better in my opinion.
My reason? The drawing mechanic in the game is better suited for the Wii controller, which makes the game much more fast paced and the battles are a lot more fun. Instead of having to draw a shape slowly with the analog stick. Don't get me wrong, it was still fun on the PS2, but I still hold a preference to the Wii version after playing both. But if you can use the motion on the PS3 it would be worth it to get that.
I just took a quick look online if that is any help PS2, Wii, can't find the PS3 version. The Wii version is cheaper though.

As for Nier Gestalt/Replicant. Nier Gestalt and Replicant are the same game with the exception of basically the main characters relationship with his sister/daughter. In Replicant the main character is a young boy with a sister and in Gestalt he is an adult man with a daughter. This was done to market the game in the west. The content between the games is the same though. In the side stories for Gestalt/Replicant you will notice the mc is Brother Nier (basically he is more canon then Papa Nier, though Taro claims both are canon)
Check EBay/Craigslist for RedOctane pads. Still the best foam inserts, and newer ones have USB connectors. No idea whether that will work with the Wii or not, but the Wii does have USB ports...
If the RedOctanes are too pricey, then I'd go with something Konami branded. Those are generally of high quality.
My friends and I wear out pads too damn fast, and we've been unable to find RedOctanes lately, so we've taken to buying this set off Amazon and duct taping it over the RedOctanes. Works surprisingly well with some PS2-USB adapters and a custom AutoHotkey script to support more than two arrows at once. Obviously won't work for the Wii, though...
RE0 HD, REMake HD, Code Veronica, Outbreak File #1 and #2
I'm pretty sure every other game in the franchise is either an over-the-shoulder actionfest like RE4 was, or FPS shooters. It's actually pretty sad how few classic style games there are in comparison to the new stuff... If you'd like to know other similar fixed-camera horror games that aren't RE, I'd be happy to help there too.

If you just want the to play the game, you'd need two things: a copy of the game (of course) and a PS2 to play it on (Japanese import or chipped).

There are however a few problems with ordering games from Amazon Japan: first, the site is in Japanese. You can fix that by simply clicking the "Click here to see in English" link near the order button. Second, Amazon Japan doesn't ship games internationally. You can get around that by using a proxy service like Tenso: http://www.tenso.com/en/
Be aware though that the original game is obviously Japanese. To use the translation patch Masa45 posted you would need to make an ISO of the PS2 DVD and then run the patched ISO through an emulator or burn it back to DVD and play it on a chipped console. Well I presume you'd do it this way. I never tried this myself actually.
