Hey what's up! Sorry for the late reply but this is what I bought to glue on - road tires on my Tamiya tt-02d. I recommend taking off each tire and foam if installed, remove and dust and debris before gluing the tires. There are several tutorials on YouTube on how to do it properly, but it's fairly easy.

For anyone asking here's the parts I added so far, I don't even know what chassis or make it is, I'm about to start upgrading the a arms and adjustable so I'll make another post with an picture of the chassis with no body and link it here, maybe some one can tell me what I got, I know its roughly 10 years old so let's see. I would suggest getting rid of the stock tires, they have pretty awful traction. If you are doing a lot of off-road bashing I would suggest getting 2.8 badlands. If you don't want the bigger wheels and tires, I would suggest getting some Proline split six beadlock wheels and 2.2/3.0 Trenchers or Badlands.

Also, look up Slash 4x4 battery extender kit if you want to fit your 3s lipo.

I use these on my 8ight and my ofna. No driveline issues so far.
