Specs:
You'll need a cable that has HD components on one end and a VGA on the other. The HD components would go in the output and the VGA into the monitor. I have yet to find one like that but I'm still looking.
Edit: I found this which you could put HD components into and put this going from the HDMI port to the VGA on your monitor.
VGA's maximum resolution is 640x480 and is slowly becoming an artifact. Many "modern" devices ship without VGA ports. I'd advise against using anything-to-VGA. DVI is slightly better in that it supports much higher resolution but you're still left with the issue of audio. HDMI is the way to go, and you can get an HDMI 1.4a cable for just a few dollars from Amazon, Fry's or Microcenter.
Edit: That monitor supports DVI-d only so make sure you get the right HDMI/DVI cable. After looking at the specs of that monitor, it doesn't even support VGA so you'll have to get either an HDMI-to-DVI-d cable or adapter.
Edit 2: further research shows that monitor doesn't have a DVI plug but the manufacturer website says it does. You're going to lose some serious quality and I'm not even sure if HDCP will work but here is an HDMI to VGA cable.

I'm not going to bother researching whether the spec does or not. But, two seconds of Google yielded a cable converting HDMI to VGA for both a TV and a computer with plenty of success stories. So the spec is irrelevant considering HDMI devices themselves support this regardless.

Your main problem is you only have one analog connection (DVI-I) on your GPU and have 2 (VGA) analog monitors.
Cheap Things like this won't help you. You would need an active HDMI to VGA converter that costs $100+
Does your mobo have on board graphics? If so your best bet would be to attach one VGA monitor to the mobo graphics & your other two to your GPU.

The adapters I linked might only work with DVI-A or DVI-I, but that doesn't mean there aren't other adapters for DVI-D and HDMI. In my spare parts box sitting on my lap this very second I have a DVI-I:VGA, DVI-D:VGA DVI-D:HDMI and an HDMI:VGA, but since you seem to think such adapters don't exist, let me provide you some links.
