They fit in really nice and tight in the phone and grip the headphone plug well too, lol

I'm not an audiophile but to me the dongle+headphone sounds the exact same as plugging the headphones straight into my iphone or computer

These are the ones I ordered, haven't had any issues so far. Any that work with the OnePlus 6T will work with the 7 pro, I had more results if I searched for ones for the 6T

Sure thing, used this one here, came with a backup just Incase the first one ever dies. Didn’t have to install anything on the windows end, just had to switch the audio output.

I bought a couple of USB-C adapters off amazon for like 7 or 8 dollars. It only needs the passive one since it has the dac built in, which are cheaper than the alternatives
