Note that they both have rather substantial "over the ear" occluding headphones. The reason that this is important is so that you can hear what the microphone is picking up (ambient noise and room acoustics).

Going out and blowing $200 on a microphone without considering noise and acoustics is often just a waste of money. In many cases, your budget is better spent on noise abatement and acoustic treatment.

Recording for instructional purposes does not have the same requirements as for an "A-list" voice-over artist. Reducing distracting noise and echo is more important than the "quality" of the microphone. Few people will care if the microphone picks up the subtleties of your voice. But noise and echo will instantly cause people to dismiss your work as "amateur-hour".
