I just bought generic door seals on Amazon. Bought these two as my driver's door was leaking.

B shape is for Body side. Small D shape is for door side. I actually put two Small D shape strips above each other on the door side and put two B shaped strips above each other on the body side but that isn't necessary. I just did it because I thought it looked better and potentially could function better.
I just bought a length of this stuff off of Amazon for a different thing I was working on and I think you could make it work for your sealer. Might be a little too wide but it's very flexible and you could probably squeeze it in. If it doesn't work worst case is you're out about $9 bucks. If that doesn't work then I would look for the the same kind of thing but just foam and then cut it to the right width. I don't see any 1/4" wide but it would be easy to cut it, just need to get one tall enough, heck I think you could even stack one on top of the other if necessary.
