If you mean you can get it clean and clear, but it just gets dirty quickly... only advice would be to try not to park it under trees. If you mean you can't get it clear in the first place, it's probably a thin film of wax or whatever product you're using on your car. If that doesn't work, use something more heavy duty like wax remover/degreaser. Remember to clean the inside surface too.
If you can get autoglym fast glass it will take off over spray wax and polish and leave it gleaming and streak free.
