Flashlight/lantern combos are nifty, but flashlight/lighter is getting into the jack of all trades/master of none category. I especially don't like that the light you linked claims to be 'water resistant' but doesn't give any depth rating.
I don't know anything about this specific light, but for the price I think you'd end up with a better light and a better lighter if you went with the Wowtac A1 and a Bic Lighter.
Grab a diffuser too if you want the lantern functionality.
