Would that be the proper cord to buy to plug into this PSU power port to plug into wall outlet (USA).
You can very easily get C19 to anything you ever wanted (c14, nema 5-20p, nema 5-15p, euro/uk standards).

Hey, did a little research. The connector on the PSU is a 'C19'. So you're looking for "whatever your local plug is" to a "C19" cable.

That looks like a C20 plug, the female version you would need is C19.

I have C14 to C13 cables of assorted lengths but I don't have the power cords for them anymore. You can find an example of a power cord here.
I bet you can do this without having to do any soldering.
Bear in mind that I'm not an electrician, but if this is a c.1970s or 1980s machine, I imagine the placement of the Live/Hot, Neutral, and Ground lines are going to match up with something you can buy pre-fab.
If it were me, I'd start with this cable (because it is shaped for a circular metal connection) and if that didn't work I'd look around the house for one of these or these and see if you can get it to work. Note that in some cases you may need to shave off some of the plastic housing -- I think you're fine doing this as long as you don't hit any wires (obviously, don't be plugged in while you do this!). If you do hit wires, just buy another one and start over. NO EXPOSED WIRES EVER! (That's a pretty good rule of thumb.)
Again, I AM NOT AN ELECTRICIAN. You might ruin your machine. But if we were making bets, I'd bet you can get it to work with a standard-style power cable.
(Now all the electricians can point out all the flaws in my advice.)
Why wouldn't you just buy a new C19 cable?
