Pen makes a mark that turns a certain color if it reacts with a starch. US currency has no starch, but our paper does.

But myself I'd do ebay or something, Because the muns are E-Trans'd before you even send the damn thing. And you can't counterfeit electronic money... as easily as real money i guess.
