Twins is definitely an unfathomable arrangement until you find yourself faced with it! Actually, it's still pretty unfathomable most days...

We cloth diapered for the first nine months or so (we were washing them ourselves and I just couldn't keep up with it anymore--and I was totally cool off dealing with the poop once they started solids...full disclosure!), but it took us a long time to find a disposable that both worked and didn't make us hate ourselves for using. These bamboo ones are fucking AMAZING. I will seriously sing their praises till someone strangles me. Not only are they the most absorbent diapers we've ever tried, they are ridiculously soft and comfortable seeming, and the company is small and awesome. We can only get them online and they're not particularly cheap, but worth every penny. The brand is Andy Pandy:

Andy Pandy bamboo diapers from Amazon. The company was started recently by a young family, they donate a certain percentage to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, the diapers are about as eco-friendly as it gets for disposables, and they are super soft and wicked absorbent. Our twins were waking up wet every morning and we tried half a dozen or more diapers until we stumbled on these and realized they are pure gold. They're not the cheapest diapers ($37 for a pack of 70), but they're oh. so. worth. it. Ours wear them exclusively, but you could totally just splurge for nighttime use. Oh, and ours still nurse overnight, if that further speaks to their absorbency.

EDIT: ...further speaks to the diaper's absorbency. Although, yes, clearly my children are pretty damn absorbent as well.
