Just FYI: the batteries are standard CR2032 coin cells and can be replaced pretty easily.

The Pokewalker is quite banged up so I'm afraid this is the case.
The type of battery I used is the CR2032 battery that the manual recommends. Do you think I should try the ones you linked instead?
