You just missed out on $199 RCBS Chargemaster Lite @ Natchez, I know your budget is <$150 but Amazon has the FA Intellidropper for $179 right now (Midsouth does too) if you can afford to push the budget a little. I have no experience with the FA unit (have a RCBS) but it has been getting pretty good reviews.
