That's the one I'm using. I'll check the refresh rate I get with it when I'm home.

On my Macbook 2012, it only drives at 30hz @ 3440x1440 (I'm impressed - my prior cable attempts would only do 2560x1080 on the same display). Connecting it to my PC, I also only can drive 30hz at 3440x1440 but it does work.
Monitor is an Acer xr342ck.
