Have you considered something like the below for the TV and lamp? I bought 2 outlet times for 13.99 on sale off of amazon, they were compatible with the Alexis(i don't use or have one but it's useful for some), but I programmed it once through the app and it keeps the programming saved on my phone so it doesn't loose it's information if the power goes out. Timer does not buzz or making any noise really and I've had them over a year now.
