I make commercial cabinets and regularly use an impact all day to drive screws. I have a driver bit set from Dewalt, Ridgid and I got this Hitachi set on Amazon. The Hitachi bits are by far my favorite and I've notice the Ridgid bits are already starting to strip out, even the long ones that are about 4 inches, verses the Hitachi 2 inch driver bits.

Longer doesn't mean better.
