I've been working out pretty hard core for over 17 years now. I could not do interval training on the days I use a PC or read but for maintenance days (or even the days where I'm not in the mood to work out but forced myself to go anyway) its just a way to keep from getting bored. It's also kinda useful if you're trying to build endurance because, lets be honest, riding a stationary bike for more than an hour is extremely boring.
If you do every try it and if you sweat half as much as I do, I highly recommend a keyboard like this. You can just rinse it off when you're done and it's cheap to replace if you have to.
Yes, mostly. One thing to keep in mind is that the weight of typing is in fact distributed over time. If you type slowly you run less risk of bogging down the compiler. Also, try not to use uppercase letters. They are not heavy per se, but using Shift to type them, effectively doubles the strength needed to input them into the compiler. Your best bet by far is to use a rubber keyboard. This model is a bestseller with programmers working in weakly typed languages.
