How long is this trip? The answer makes a big difference.

If it's only for a few days, pre-grind your coffee so you don't have to carry a grinder. If you can vacuum-pack daily servings, then you might make this work for a lot longer.

Much longer than that and you're really going to regret it -- use something instant ("Via" is better than freeze-dried) instead.

As for actual brewing, an aluminum or stainless press-pot is useful; you can use the pot itself to boil or otherwise purify drinking water, etc. which means it can probably replace some other vessel in your pack. The only extra weight you'll be carrying is the press mechanism. edit: in fact, if you already carry JetBoil, you can get just a press mechanism for it. /edit

Alternatively, use a silicone collapsible pour-over holder and paper filters; heat water in whatever vessel you're already going to use for boiling water in, make pour-over directly into another vessel. This is the lightest-weight option that scales to a group and doesn't use instant coffee. It also requires more time and attention from you than the press-pot.

Jetboil has a French press adapter for the top of the pot. Saves you some space on hauling around an Aeropress. Not that they're that big, but it looks like the French press would be smaller.

Though it looks like the full cup still needs the conversion.

I use an aeropress every day at home and until recently had a little portable mesh drip thing I could clip on top of my coffee mug and make myself a pour-over.

Now I use the french press adapter for my jetboil and it works great.

Minimo is strictly an Integrated stove. But the pot is wider, making it easier to eat from. You can, however, get a "Grande" Coffee press to fit in the pot.

To cook on a pan, you can get a cheap, lightweight standalone canister stove such as Etekcity to go with a canister stove.
