One of my favorite lower end knives. Bottle opener/carabiner too! I have had it in my pocket for over 3 years now.

In short, about 4 different ones.

-A cheapish cam-operated SOG that I got as a gift that I kinda abuse the shit out of and don't care if I lose. I found out (by getting this knife) that I don't really care for the cam-operated style.

-A Leatherman...uhh, I don't know the name of it. Pocketknife, NOT a multi-tool, but it has a philips head and a flathead, and a bottle opener on it. This is probably my favorite, the screwdrivers work really well, the knife is extremely easy to deploy, has always held its edge and cut nicely.

-A $200 Benchmade that I bought as retail therapy many years back. Titanium, carbon fiber, exotic hardwoods and a very exotic blade. I wear this with a suit, and sometimes end up carrying it around with me, but I'm always worried about losing it. The action on it is RIDICULOUS, and when it is open there is ZERO flex or play- not that other knives have a lot or anything, but this one is like a BMW M3 of knives- comfortable, light, easy to use, gorgeous, put together like a...well, like a high-end BMW.

-A crap crap crappy Gerber that I use for working around the house. I literally give zero shits about this blade, if I lost it tomorrow I wouldn't even think twice.

But really, the Leatherman is the best one on a regular basis. I'll go find a link.

Edit: Here's the Leatherman. It is simply awesome. I forgot to mention I also have a Wave, and its a great multi-tool. But it is a horrible pocket knife.

If you're ok with a thumbstud, but no assist, the leatherman crater might be worth a look

Kershaw skyline is a nice knife, but I love my Kershaw Needs Work. The blade shape is perfect, and the Sandvik steel is really high quality for the price. I've also been looking at the leatherman Crater. Steel is not as nice, but it seems a good EDC blade for the price.
