Front and Rear LCA: Moog CK660203 - Includes both bushings. Amazon says doesn't fit TJs, but I installed in my 98.
Front UCA: Moog CK620244 - Includes only the frame-side bushing.
Front Upper Axle Bushings (pair): Moog K3128 - One pair will do the front axle (one per side). These are a pain to remove/replace.
Rear UCA: Moog CK620246 - Includes both bushings.
