I have a Nathan Intensity vest that I've been using the last few weeks for long runs. It fits me like a glove (5'5") and is so comfortable that I don't realize I'm wearing it. No bouncing, no rubbing. There's a pocket on the front strap for a 20-oz bottle (not include) or you can use a 2-liter bladder (included).
Overall it's a pretty small pack compared to others. Not sure of availability in the UK, but if you can track it down I recommend it. The (ugly) pink one is on clearance many places in the US currently.
