Avoid turning with a controller. Some call it 'insta-puke' turning.
Try some candied ginger. Removes the nausea for most people. It allows me to play a lot of VR that I can't otherwise play without getting sick.
2-3 pieces, or around 15g, for a couple of hours. If you don't like the taste of ginger, or don't want all that sugar, try some caplets. Takes longer to take effect, tho. The candied ginger takes effect in minutes, the caplets 45min to an hour.
Would you recommend candied ginger over something like this?

Has anyone tried taking one or two ginger caps 20-30 minutes prior to playing a title that would normally make them sick? I'm very lucky in that I have no motion nausea at all no matter what but when I have had nausea from other things in the past I take one of my wife's ginger caps and it goes away in about 20 minutes.
