You'll need an amp too. With mine I bought the adapter below, along with an aux cable. So it's ps4 optical out to the DAC then aux cable with adapter to the miniamp.

Good news! The iPhone 7 supports 60 hours of wireless audio playback, I'm sure much more with wired headphones. Plenty for your 14 hour flight. As for the lost adapter. Again, just leave it attached to your headphones. Consider them part of your headphones. Never remove them. The adapter is small and doesn't add bulk to the cable. Thousands of people do this everyday with quarter inch adapters like these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00BE50BPO/ref=mp_s_a_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1473358993&sr=8-8&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=1%2F4+inch+headphone+adapter&dpPl=1&dpID=415622Md%2ByL&ref=plSrch

Okay, thanks a bunch. So for example this for the chromecast and then this for the xlrs? Also maybe a dumb question but how does the chromecast work with everything, like where do I plug it in? Wouldn't I have to plug it in to all three to get it to work for all three or is that not how it works? Again, thanks.
