Your best option here is to do a traditional watercooling rig and put it in another room/closet. Run HDMI/Ethernet/Etc. cables through a couple wall outlets
This would be far less expensive and time consuming. Plus this would make noise non-existent in your living room.

There are also many options for hiding your cords in the wall that range from very easy, but a bit more pricey to less costly solutions such as wiring an outlet behind the TV and using a simple wall plate openings or a wall plate with keystone jacks to run the low voltage wires in the wall.
