I learned of Ginseng effects from Pepsi Max. Switched to the shots for a bit but since I’m on Keto stopped due to the sugar content. Found Gamersupps GGEZ nootropic energy drink mix powder and it gives me the same energy that Pepsi Max did but even better and clearer and had the Ginseng in it. There’s two types. American and Red/Panax/Asian Ginseng. I prefer Panax for sure. American Ginseng doesn’t have the same properties.
