I would think so.
Everything that's visible looks like my friend's Stealth, so I doubt its a fake. Plus, Chain Reaction is known quite well I would doubt they would risk selling fake stuff.
Mine came out fine. A coworker got one a couple of weeks before from Chain Reaction and his was fine. Mine came in a package and by the looks of it, I don't think it was opened. If anything, it might get delayed at customs. I had some Formula 1 hats delayed for like 3 weeks (no idea why, they are hats afterall, maybe because they were pricey? $40 or so?) but I don't think they'll stab at it or whatever.
I do think they are trying to get you to buy the one they sell. If it bothers you, you can just pay a more (but probably still less than at your bike shop) and get the ones from Amazon. It's probably more expensive than Chain Reaction but you'll know that they are shipped from the US.
