Velo Orange also makes a French threaded cartridge bottom bracket. In addition, I know someone who put a Sunlite bottom bracket designed for bb shells with damaged threads on his French bike. I don't know very much about them however.
yes it may work, do they stay tight though? has anyone bought one? I was also looking at the price. Is it worth 50$ or would I be better off tapping the treads to english and then be able to use any of the more modern parts on it.
