Despite all the weird internet stigma around it, the Magpul AK specific stocks are pretty good for actually using AKs, and the riser that clips on to them is easy and useable. You could always just put some leather riser on it like you would a Garand or deer rifle if you have a wood stock.

For triangle stocks, I have no idea if they are currently available in the U.S, but I have used one of these "CA" mounts and it was good to go for running an optic with the AKS style guns.
