And I was wrong, looks like Valor says these will hold 750 pounds (but the rack itself they say holds 500 outside/650 inside).
I have the same rack, love it. I put the whole thing together then realized I had to take that cross bar off to put he lat pulldown on.
How do you like it? I have the exact same setup but I got these J cups for inside the rack.
