Then bolt file cabinets together for added stability.
Have shop class create wood slats so the laptops stand up in the file cabinet drawers, screw in through the metal side of the file cabinet drawer into the wood slats.
Cut holes for power cords, and protect sharp edges with duct-tape or office desk plastic grommet inserts.
Attach power strip with a long cord for charging.
