My opinion is that Gap leggings are the best, but Old Navy are a close runner up and less than 1/2 the price, so I go for those. I wore under bump until about 18 weeks and then switched to full panel, but it's all personal preference.

I went with these sports bras, and am loving them. I started at a 32DDD and am now a 34-36G and they still fit fine. Lots of support and still give some shape.

I love these tanks, which are not technically maternity, but have a great amount of stretch. I wear one as an undershirt every day and then wear it to the gym after work so it minimizes my laundry too, lol! I'm 30 weeks right now and they still fit fine, should last my whole pregnancy.

I paid another visit to an out-of-town TJ Maxx this weekend and was really excited when I found a lone Saucony Siberius jacket hanging on the rack for only $24.99. Fabric is a little weird. It's made of thin insulating foam, and it almost feels like I'm wearing a Gumby costume, but it's very flexible and comfy. I wore it around yesterday and it kept me warm, but then I wore it to run to test it out, and it was just way too warm for the outside temp (near 40°F). It'll be good when the temps are in the 10s and 20s, though!

Picked up my lululemon Strava challenge reward last night, but I haven't had a chance to test the clothes out on a run yet. In case you haven't heard, completing that lululemon 40/80 badge from the challenge this month gives you a free shirt at 40 km and a free shirt and shorts at 80 km... you just go to the nearest lululemon store and show them the congrats email with the badge and they give you the clothes off the rack. The shorts are a little longer than I like, but I'm not quibbling with free... they have a nice big zip pocket and an elastic strap to hang your shirt on on a hot day.

Hey thanks! They were $20 but 100% worth it. When I crossed the finish line, the announcer was like "aaaaaand the guy with the patriotic shorts!" Haha it was great.

Here's a link if anyone is interested. FYI they have a drawstring waist and mesh "swimsuit-like" lining, so they'd work great for triathlons too!

Its def an athletic style, leaning more masc. a lot of what she wears is “boy” clothing, or more sort of neutral. Never anything overtly fem aside from her crop tops.

She also seems to wear a lot of reds, yellows, and blues. As someone with a similar style, there’s a few things you could search for to get similar outfits. I get a lot from amazon; for this season, you can search for like women’s fall clothing, and pick out what you think matches the style best. She also wears the occasional striped polo. Idk if you present masc or fem, but if you typically present more fem, just be prepared maybe a comment or two. I present fem, but def more tomboyish, and I still would be tiny bit nervous to wear just a polo and jeans, but that’s just me. Obviously you are free to do what you want. Here’s a few links to clothes that I have that I think are similar style if you’re interested:

Here is where I got the tank. I promised myself once I gained weight I'd buy it and it's so satisfying to finally have it!

Thanks man! It feels really great to be motivation for someone. Once you have other people notice your gains you'll get addicted. Once I hit that point it got easy. Good luck with your progress!

I've run a few times in my new capris and still think that itty bitty inseams or good Nike capris are way more comfortable

I got some New Balance Women's Premium Performance Capri Print Pants in Dragonfly - the red color is awesome and they were on sale for $35 and they feel comfy for daily life. Kinda cottony feeling spandex. But running, they felt like they were heating up on my inner thighs.

Both sets of Nike capris have been awesome. I got their tech tight fit for $49 and their power epic crop in industrial blue for $44. One has net that you (nicely) don't even notice and the other is such a nice bright pattern for nighttime.

I'm at work so I don't have photos of my stuff. But here is the list of the basics. The stuff below, plus food, and a change of clothes will get me through a long weekend and on top of some nice terrain. I include my sock liner/sock combo below because I am so damn happy with them (and not expensive).

Hi. Not sure if this works well for long distance running, but it helped a lot on long ruck marches and just general rough fitness exercises for me.
I normally use something like UnderArmour or I recently found Adidas makes the SAME style and feel of underwear for a lot cheaper. Although I have not used the adidas underwear yet(i just purchased them this week) I do feel they will be the exact same quality.

My thighs are larger so my skin used to rub raw on the inner thighs from exercising/sweat that I could barely walk. These underwear definitely solved that problem way better than vaseling/bodyglide/etc. ever could! Good luck!

I picked up this incredibly lightweight and pack-able Under Armour
hoodie recently.

(https://www.amazon.com/Under-Armour-Threadborne-Hoodie-Graphite/dp/B01FH06N94/ref=sr_1_3?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1504281066&sr=1-3&keywords=ua+threadborne+hoodie)

I wanted something to take on warm-ish weather trips that still provided the snugness of a hooded-sweatshirt, without the bulk of medium or heavy insulation. There are plenty of similar-weight options available that lack zippers/pockets, but this one ticked the boxes for me of being a full-zip, and having the standard two front pockets.

It takes up very little space when packed, and dries quickly. It has a low insulation factor to be sure, but is a nice accessory for warm weather, physical activity, etc. Looks nice enough IMHO, if not somewhat 'sporty', I do wish the UA logo wasn't so prominent. The style of fit is ideal for my preference; not too baggy, yet not so tight as to be 'form fitting".

Completely personal but beyond a good baselayer nothing else I own is running specific for the winter. Up top I'll usually use a compression shirt and then layer a few shirts on top of that culminating in a hoodie (the front pocket is clutch for carrying extra tissues or storing your hat/gloves). Layers are your friend. Bottom wise I'll do compression shorts and/or tights depending on how cold it is and another pair of shorts over top just for another layer. Other than that I wear my normal socks, a buff if needed, a knit hat, and some light gloves. This setup has carried me through the coldest and windiest parts of the winter last year. I made a quick down and dirty jumping off point for you to look at some decent, affordable gear: Tesla tights, Tesla top, Reflective knit hat, Buff, Headlamp, Lightweight gloves. You may want to look at maybe some windproof layers, wool socks, or heavier gloves depending on what the weather actually looks like near you. I wasn't a fan of the yak trax style grips and ended up just using my trail running shoes a lot in the winter, just be careful.

Happy birthday!

I could really use some longer length toe socks for running, like these. I have several of the ankle length ones, but it's getting real cold out here haha!

My favorite joke to tell - mostly because it irritates Marcus so much - is:

"What is a pirate's favorite letter?"

"P"! Without it, he'd just be "irate"!

And you always have to wait long enough for them to say all of the most common ones like "the C (sea)" or "R (aaaarrrr)" because it pisses everyone off when it's a pun they don't expect lololol.

Marcus also really likes this terrible joke:

Why did the blind man fall into the well?

Because he couldn't see that well.

UA Cold Gear is pretty great. The tights are fleece lined and keep you nice and warm. I got mine at an outlet for about €30 but I've seen here on Reddit that in the US people suggest checking out Marshall and TKMaxx for good deals on UA and other sports brands.

Edit: Also the H&M winter tightslasted me two winters with almost weekly washes and I was pleasantly surprised how warm they kept me and the quality for the price! Also fleece lined. I don't know about H&M in the US, but over here they're often doing 20% or 15% discount codes which I get in emails, and in the US there seems to be a Unidays student discount too.

Maybe something like this? Cheap and free returns, which is nice. Be sure to Double check your size based on champions size chart, just to be safe (but again, they're stretchy so theres wiggle room). Maybe go with a color closer to your skin tone if you're concerned about it showing through a shirt.

Another option for you might be a tank top with a shelf bra, if you're concerned about it being noticeable under your clothes, like this. They have padding, but it's removable. I would expect a shelf bra to be on the lighter side if compression/hold. Nothing wrong with a standard sports, just good to have options :) I would expect these to be form fitting, but not like a compression garment - no concern at all if you want to wear it all the time.

Get a sun hoody as well. they are super comfortable, stylish enough and breath/wick perfectly. They can be had for anywhere from $20 and up.

Columbia, Black Diamond, Patagonia, Arcteryx, Orvis, pretty much any outdoors company. Hell, I even make them for myself and friends on occasion.

u/bencmier · 2 pointsr/naturalbodybuilding

I'm really liking these Neleus men's compression tank tops. Fit like a glove, comfortable, and pretty cheap.

u/heavyslime · 2 pointsr/malefashionadvice

I get this, but I'm pretty sure the issue is actually with your underwear getting sweaty and bunching up. I got these longer length boxers from Under Armor and it helps a lot.

They're incredibly comfortable in summer.

u/Darthchicken · 1 pointr/travel

I would avoid Hanes to be honest my friend... It's the crappy WalMart brand..

Check out Costco... They have great Adidas socks and underwear!! Quick drying and keeps you cool! They are pretty inexpensive as well!

Here are the links to what I bought at Costco!I believe they were slightly cheaper than on amazon. A pair of 3 was like $23 for the boxers and the socks were like $15 for 6 pairs or something...

Ok, reposting because I accidentally used a referral somewhere. Hopefully this doesn't have one:

Did you try the ones designed for working out? What was the brand that fell apart?

For good reviews: here / here / here (These look like they should hand washed or at least lingerie bagged for the machine)

Here are a few more options without reviews / here / here

I'd recommend going to a big box store like Dick's or Sports Authority so you can see and feel the material before you buy it since workout underwear really seems to be hit or miss.
