May do you well to pack breakfast bars (I like these for protein, but Enjoy Life and Van's are good as well.) in order to cover yourself in terms of breakfast. Most of their breakfast is bread based.
I was just in Italy and when searching for places to eat to make life easier (AKA not just a pizza place) I used a TripAdvisor App. These would be ones for Paris. If you download everything before you go, you can use the app without data/internet.
