Right off the bat I would replace the bolts and nuts with heavy duty ones.

The long ones I havent found at hardware stores. However, all other ones I've replaced by going to HomeDepot/Lowes. I dont remember if those kits I linked too have every single one you need.
Parts I like to keep on hand...magneto, spark plug, gaskets, chain (415 heavy duty).
