My desk setup is just a large, deep desk and my chair is made by Osborne ergonomics, it was made to measure, a guy came round and took a tape measure out.
But I don't use it anymore as my couch setup is just so damn comfortable for working and for gaming.
I have my monster pc on a sideboard in the living room. My seat is a two seater recliner which is a decent height off the ground and I have the back against the wall for when I want to rest my head, I also use two bed pillows. One on it's side and one sitting straight on top of that one, it's really comfortable this way and I can sit for multiple hours.
I can sit upright when typing and recline when I feel like it, especially when gaming.
To my right hand side I have a low stand which has a roccat sova mk Lapboard, I reach over to grab it etc, I also keep my controllers there.
The Lapboard is the best out of all the ones I've tried and feels perfectly comfortable and balanced when on your lap.
In front of that I have a thin table which holds cups and remotes etc.
My monitor is on a wheeled pedestal stand, I have it at just the right height for sitting up but also good for reclining, I have a soundbar on its shelf.
This is the stand I use: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B074TB5MG5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_LVJTDbP271QFK
Works a treat, I cut the remaining pole off as I have it quite low, I also recommend if you go the couch and monitor route to make a cover for protection. I ordered one off amazon for standard aspect 52", cut the height in half and used industrial strength double sided tape to tidy the edges up and inserted a cut piece of card with quality microfibre to the inside.
Honestly, this is more comfortable than any desk and chair combination I've ever tried, even the most expensive, fully ergonomic ones.
Everyones back problems and pain are different. I'd recommend getting the recliner first if you decide to go that route (if possible goto a store to sit in them), then if that's comfortable going from there with the rest of the setup.
Edit:
I also, always sit on the right hand side, partly because that's where I keep everything but mainly because my problem is to do with my L5 disc, sitting to my right is much more conformable, my couch has large padded arms that I can lean into.
Moved a month ago. Went with uPack as I went from the Midwest to the west coast. In the uPack I was able to take all of my studio stuff minus the desk and a "studio apartment." Great company and the pod makes moving so easy. Make sure to price other places to get the lowest quote, but you can't beat uPack's service.
Get renters insurance. Cant speak for most companies, but I have USAA and it covers theft AND damaged goods while moving. Didn't need it, but it was great knowing I could get my money back from a smashed up CDJ.
I brought 2x CDJ 2000, KRK 10s sub, and 2x Yamaha HS5s. Used bubble wrap. A lot of it. Put my CDJs in an old army footlocker padded with clothes. Sold my A&H 43C to help pay for the move. Think I'll just get a djm 350 for now since I'm still low on funds. And just want to play.
As for your work station, I'm in the process of making mine now. Spent the past month searching setups on djtt, Reddit, freaking everywhere. I needed a desk for studying, music production, and DJing, while everything I saw online was geared for just one of those needs. Main thin is just the height difference from standing while DJing and sitting while producing. So, I bought this cheap, crank stand up desk frame. $180 and it solved all of my issues. I added an IKEA linnmon table top (59"x29.5") for $10 from letgo, added an ekby shelf on top of that with some capitas in between. Looks great, is stable, and I have room for everything I need without my set up taking up half the apartment. I'll be posting it all on r/djsetups soon.
Hope this helps.
Ohh, that's a pretty good-looking set of speakers. I've been planning on doing the same thing as you here. Curious, how are you thinking propping up the TV and speakers? I've been considering cobbling together a solution using this rolling tv stand. For a 32" TV it should let you put it up at the perfect height, I think. Top of the screen level with your eyes, and 20-ish inches away, like someone said.
Yup, This is like the one I use for my 65 inch Sony X930E. i see the one you linked says up to a 55 inch but I'd just check the VESA pattern and weight limit and go from there. The one I use has the double steel tubes and is rated up to 100 pounds. I don't have mine behind a shelf/cabinet though just freestanding with the wheels locked down. Works great👍.
Sure. Was pretty easy to put together too. Nothing crazy. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07581Z9SM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_iyvHDbCW65V3D

I have been using this stand that I purchased off of amazon for the last year. I was really impressed with the fit and finish during assembly. I have a 60" mounted to it and have nothing but good things to say about it. The convenience of being able to move it around to accommodate the optimal viewing angle from the living room, dining room and kitchen is so nice. I actually am disappointed now if I am somewhere where I don't have a perfect straight on view of the TV. The internal cable routing keeps everything on the ground and mostly out of sight, even on the back. Also, the wheels are very impressive. They appear to be too small and hard, but I have a very deep pile, shag rug and they roll across, on and off of it with ease. My only regret is I noticed they are now selling it in white, which would match better with my decor than the black one I currently have.
I also highly recommend this stand - [VIVO TV STAND](VIVO Black Rolling TV Cart for 32... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00TFXO4Q4?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share)
I toggle it between my treadmill and floor workouts and it is fantastic. It has a little tray to hold your remotes and phone.
Amazon Link It is an awesome stand. I can move the TV from one room to the other. Only need 1 tv now ;)
No decent spot to mount, wife doesn't want in area where it would be watched. Only watch like 1x per week.
Could imagine putting on a tv stand, but need somewhere to stash that... I realize I have a ton of requirements, that's why the projector was attractive

The TV stand is here on amazon. Little pricey but saves you drilling into the wall. Hope this helps.
Initially, I monitored Craigslist and FB Marketplace for industrial and AV carts. I saw a few out there and pricing was generally reasonable. I think average was $50 - $100.
I wanted at least 3 rows of shelving/an area where I could hide cables and power supply. Most industrial carts had only 2 rows of shelving which were locked in place.
I settled on ordering a new one from Amazon and repainting to look more industrial: Amazon
The shelving on this one is adjustable. The top row pulls out, which provides good access to power and cables.
Have several smartboards (55-85") on these. https://www.amazon.com/North-Bayou-Mobile-Wheels-CF100/dp/B014JBP320
Work well, much cheaper than alternatives.
I use this floor stand for the TV with this monitor stand mounted on top of it.
One option to deal with the TV is to use a cart that can be wheeled into another room or closet when not in use. It makes the room a lot more flexible (and attractive). They can be had for under $100 on amazon.
(note: I don't have that one, so I can't speak to the quality, but reviews seem positive)
Not sure this is what you are looking for. But, it will "stand it on the floor."

There are several different models to choose from.
Can also get wheeled versions! I've got one in my basement so I can shove it around.
K on the mount, then get this:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074TB5MG5
Buy two of these and just use the mount from the second one if you can't find a separate mount only.

Try searching for “computer cart”
I have one of these in our office: VIVO Black TV Cart for LCD LED Plasma Flat Panel Stand w/Wheels Mobile fits 32" to 65" (STAND-TV03E) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00TFXO4Q4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_sWgDAbJRPPCC9
Here you go, bruh: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NPGL2HQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_SJppDb59DYN6A
I'd recommend a TV cart. I had one of these in front of my treadmill until my treadmill broke.
