I see Nuk get recommended passionately. We went with these guys and so far so good.

My daughter went through this as well. The ONLY way she would take a bottle was using latex nipples. They are hard to come by but are available on Amazon. It's a little plush baby toy with a pacifier attatched to it. I got it off Amazon and my little guy loves it. I got it for $20 but some can be more pricey. I'll see if I can put a link.
