I think the best things to look for are a band under the breasts, and sturdy adjustable straps. More like this than this. As LauraBellz said, the concern isn't to hold 'em up and strap 'em in as with a bra, more just to present them nicely for a limited period of time.
Serious question here: Wouldn't a sexy bra and panty set fit regardless of whether it said maternity or not? And a lot of the baby dolls have cut outs for the stomach like this one. Or are we looking for a specific type of lingerie?
