So you have 7 other circuits? Shouldn't be an issue for your gaming PC. Mine barely draws 300W at max GPU load on a GTX 980. You need a dual Xeon workstation to really put the screws to an electric circuit.

You can get a tool to help you figure out what outlets are on which circuit on Amazon Or you can just do it the old fashioned way by turning off breakers one by one until you find a circuit that doesn't have a bunch of stuff plugged into it.

The ECM tool that I use is the Variable Speed Zebra. Not exactly $50 though.

How did i know he would do that? I've seen brand new places with the cables run along the base boards. Cable companies suck. You have two cable outlets in your home but they don't have a signal on either one? You have the main drop in the closet and the cable guy hooked you up from there. Those other two cables have to be in the area of the main drop. I have no idea how much drywall repair was done. They might be in the next bay over in the wall or coiled up in the ceiling. Worst case, the drywall guys cut them off cause they were in the way. You would need a pretty good signal tracer to follow them from the outlet end to where they are hiding. I would look into renting a wire locator like this https://www.amazon.com/Amprobe-AT-6030-Advanced-Tracer-Sensitivity/dp/B07C7LJM2J/ref=sr_1_32?ie=UTF8&qid=1550199996&sr=8-32&keywords=wire+tracer
I use one similar to this at my job.
